Set of seven apartments located in a stately home from 1851, renovated with respect for its heritage value in the heart of Fraga’s historic center.
The intervention preserves original elements such as hydraulic paving, the staircase and pieces of historical furniture, integrated into a functional and contemporary project. All apartments feature an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The front apartments have a balcony and the penthouse offers two private terraces with outdoor furniture.
A proposal that combines history, comfort and a privileged location.
